PAHO Virtual Campus: Free Public Health Courses and Resources
The PAHO Virtual Campus is an educational platform for health workers and students in the Region of the Americas. Developed by the Pan American Health Organization, the platform offers free virtual courses and educational resources to strengthen the knowledge and competencies of health workers in various public health practices and disciplines. The platform offers a wide range of courses on public health topics, including health systems and services, health equity, communicable diseases, non-communicable diseases, and mental health. The courses are self-study and can be completed at the participant's own pace, with no set time or deadline to complete them. Participants can earn a free certificate of participation approved by PAHO. The platform is available in English, French, Spanish, and Portuguese and is used by over two million users worldwide.
